Who we are
Evermint Labs LLC (“Evermint Labs”, “we”, “our”) is a software company based at
Nar-Dos St. /2, Kentron District, Yerevan 0018, Armenia. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information on our corporate website evermintlabs.com (the “Site”). What we collect on this Site
This Site is informational. We do not run registration, comments, job submissions, newsletters, or analytics pixels. We do not intentionally collect personal data beyond what is technically necessary to deliver the Site.
- Technical/usage data (server/CDN logs). Our infrastructure providers may process IP address, date/time, URL, user-agent and similar metadata to serve pages, prevent abuse, and maintain security. We do not keep application-level logs ourselves; however, providers may retain security logs for as long as needed for service and legal purposes. See our providers’ notices for retention principles (e.g., DigitalOcean statements regarding retention “for as long as necessary… for services, disputes, safety/security or legal obligations”).
- Communications. If you write to us (e.g., [email protected]), we will receive the content of your message and contact details. Email is handled by Zoho Mail and/or Google/Gmail as our email service providers. See their privacy statements.
We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

We aim to use only strictly necessary cookies. Because our domain uses Cloudflare for DNS/CDN and security, Cloudflare may set essential cookies such as:

Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, our lawful bases include legitimate interests (running a secure Site, preventing abuse) and consent only where we present optional features (currently none). Your GDPR rights include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability, as applicable.

The Site is not directed to children under 13 (and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them). Where local law sets a higher age (e.g., 16 in parts of the EEA/UK), we follow that higher threshold.

Our processors (e.g., Cloudflare, email/hosting providers) may operate globally, which can involve cross-border transfers. Where required, such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) implemented by those providers.
How long we keep information
We keep correspondence for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and enforce our rights, then delete it when no longer needed. Providers may retain security logs for limited periods consistent with their policies.

We use TLS/HTTPS, limit access to systems, and rely on reputable infrastructure providers with security controls (e.g., logging of service and security events).
