1) About these Terms
These Terms govern your use of the evermintlabs.com corporate website (the “Site”). The Site is provided by Evermint Labs LLC,
Nar-Dos St. /2, Kentron District, Yerevan 0018, Armenia (“Evermint Labs”, “we”). The Site is informational only. Voxee is a separate product with its own terms and policies on the Voxee website.2) Using the Site
You may browse the Site for lawful purposes only and in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. You must not attempt to interfere with the Site’s security or integrity (e.g., by probing, scanning, scraping, or overloading).
3) Intellectual property
The Site and all content on it (text, graphics, logos, design) are owned by Evermint Labs or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute Site content without our prior written permission. Names such as “Evermint Labs” and associated logos are trade names and/or trademarks of Evermint Labs. Third-party marks are the property of their respective owners.
4) Third-party links
Links on the Site (including the link to Voxee) are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites, products, or policies.
5) No warranties
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
6) Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EVERMINT LABS AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED USD 100 (OR EQUIVALENT IN AMD). Nothing in these Terms seeks to exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
7) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Evermint Labs, its affiliates, and personnel from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
8) Export & sanctions compliance
You must comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws and must not use the Site if you are subject to sanctions or located in a comprehensively sanctioned jurisdiction.
9) Age requirement
The Site is intended for individuals 13 years of age or older (and the higher age required by local law where applicable).
10) Governing law & dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of Yerevan, Armenia shall have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over disputes arising from or relating to the Site or these Terms.
11) Changes to the Site and to these Terms
We may modify or discontinue the Site (in whole or part) at any time. We may update these Terms by posting the revised version with a new Effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
